I am a Brighton- based freelance Cinematographer shooting short fiction films, music video, documentaries and working in camera assisting on feature films and TV for Amazon Prime, ITV and Apple TV with top cinematographers in the UK.
I have used this training to craft my skills within cinematography, creating my own style in lighting and capturing intriguing scenes.
Recognised as future talent by Screenskills, appointed Feature film camera trainee 2022-23
I strongly believe in creating intriguing and captivating shots through action, space, and rhythm.
Gaffer work Sample - Short Film : Daugther
A short female led drama about an adoptee who finds her birth mother, exploring themes of identity, motherhood and belonging.
I worked closely with the DOP, as the head of lighting for this production Daughter.
Daughter won AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD – BEST SHORT FILM 2021 at CINEfem Festival, Uruguay 2021
Won BEST UK SHORT at South Coast Film Festival 2022.
Won BEST ACTION – Reale Film Festival, November 2021.
DOP Sample for Unreleased Short Film: Count on Us 2023
A story about friendship between three women, and how they tackle one of the friends terminal illness.
This 17 minute short film was shot in August 2023, and will be sent out to film festivals. It was shot on a black magic pocket cinema cameras with sigma lenses. The director and I had a vision of creating closeness between characters shooting mostly on at 50mm lens and static shots. We used lots of natural light enhanced with lighting to create a soft and intimate space for the characters to exist in.

DOP Analogue Sample Short film : Trojan
This short film Trojan was a university film project that was shot on an arriflex cine camera on 16mm Kodak, I still love shooting on film, and the technicalities of lighting and using these cameras.
